New Birmingham City home kit 08/09
May 16th, 2008 • Related • Filed Under

The new Birmingham City home kit has been released for pre order before it goes on general sale on the 10th of July and the Umbro kit is a marked change from last seasons strip. Next season the Blues will no longer have the ‘penguin’ style thick white stripe down the middle of the shirt despite the fact that their away kit is derived from the penguin template. Gone also are the white shorts replaced by all blue shorts and even the socks have switched from blue to white. Birmingham fans will be used to the changes though as the club have produced a new kit every season for the past 23 years.
