Silkman is a former player turned agent who works in a close partnership with Israeli ‘Mr Big’ Pini Zahavi, in fact during the Fabio Rochemback transfer to Middlesbrough he paid half of his 500,000 Euro fee to Zahavi. He currently represents Mark Schwarzer, Geremi, Micah Richards, Yakubu, and Patrik Berger.

He is presently being investigated along with Zahavi due to their lack of co-operation with the Stevens inquiry, specifically relating to the Didier Drogba and Michael Essien transfers to Chelsea.
